What is Expected of You as a Teacher Trainer

The training period is for six weeks and will include pre-service training of the seven local teachers we hire to work at our school as well as other local teachers who opt in to the training. We will admit as many as 30 local teachers to the training program. We are working with the standards set forth by the Ministry of Education in Ghana and have access to the syllabus they utilize. You will be expected to review the syllabus and familiarize yourself with the existing materials in the Ghana school system. Upon completion of the training session, you will be expected to produce a written account of your experience with the teachers and the program, which will be used to influence the future work of Blue Kitabu.
